He says,  "I am thinking about booking a surprise holiday for my wife and family, however I need to check a couple of things in relation to disabled access. Please can someone from your reservations department give me a call on 07099 800152." This is a premium rate number and Mr Morris will leave you on hold for as long as he can, costing you a lot of money!
